As a highly professional, knowledgeable and experienced consultant, I have worked for many years helping to support both individuals and organisations with a variety of issues and projects.
My background in human resource management and learning and development has provided me with opportunities across the world and this international experience is a key strength which I bring to the table. Building on my previous consultancy business, Corporate Elevation International, I am now bringing this extensive experience to each coaching assignment.
Having worked for many years in the field of both organisational and individual learning I am able to provide not only coaching services but also to deliver training to managers who wish to develop their own coaching skills, either within their employing organisation as a corporate programme, or as individuals.
As a firm believer in life-long learning, I myself continue to study and learn to enhance my professional development. I have undertaken research in the field of coaching and my recent book, The Value of Executive Coaching, published in 2015 by Routledge, is currently used on a number of coach training programmes. My new book, Working with External Quality Standards and Awards: The Strategic Implications for Human Resource and Quality Management, has also just been published by Routledge (see www.routledge.com). I am an Associate Accredited Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
